Outdoor Lab Information

Our sixth grade students will be going to Outdoor Lab the week of December 12th. More information will be available with a parent meeting coming up in October. In the meantime, please feel free to visit the Outdoor Lab website and the Parent Packet. The Outdoor Lab Foundation offers Outdoor Lab Gear for sale; orders placed through December 4 will be delivered to our school in time to accompany your student to Outdoor Lab. Please email Mrs. Buffington or Ms. Lauer, our Outdoor Lab Coordinators, with any questions.

Items we are seeking donations of for Outdoor lab include:

A decorated "tree cookie" name tagTree cookies - about 250 slices of tree branches that are 5-6 inches in diameter and up to an inch thick. They are used as name tags during Outdoor Lab, so they will need a small hole drilled near the edge. We would also appreciate it if they were sanded smooth, so we can draw on them. Please get in touch with Mrs. Buffington if you are interested.

Card games - we are also looking for donations of Uno, playing cards, chess sets, and other middle-school-appropriate card games.
